“Our final catalogue of the year features a couple of stand-out, high-value lots in Chiswick (£12m+) and Ilford (£5.5m – £5.75m), as well as the traditional mix of properties throughout the country which highlight the breadth of the Commercial Auction market”
– Alex Neil – Allsop

Allsop has released its eighth and final commercial auction catalogue of the year. The property consultancy and UK auction house has listed 90 lots with a collective guide of more than £70m. The catalogue features assets ranging from a mixed-use site in west London at £12m+ to a vacant building in Derby at £25,000+. The event will be live-streamed on Tuesday, 9 December.

Included within the catalogue are 20 lots guided at or above £1 million. One of the headline properties is an unbroken freehold mixed-use island site in Chiswick, west London, listed as lot 32. It is valued at £12m+ and includes four shops, a veterinary practice, a dentist, a drama school, a nursery, offices, two flats and 10 parking spaces.

The catalogue offers a variety of commercial and mixed-use properties across the UK. More than a third, 37%, are located in London and the South East. In addition, more than two-thirds incorporate some element of retail use. Sellers include Assura, Bellway, Central Co-Op, Firethorn Trust, Funeral Partners and Tesco, along with administrators, councils, liquidators, pension funds, receivers, trustees and private investors.

So far in 2025, Allsop has sold 466 commercial lots, raising £308 million with an 85% success rate.

“Our final catalogue of the year features a couple of stand-out, high-value lots in Chiswick (£12m+) and Ilford (£5.5m – £5.75m), as well as the traditional mix of properties throughout the country which highlight the breadth of the Commercial Auction market,” commented Alex Neil, commercial auction partner at Allsop. “Our buyers continually express their desire to purchase again and, with some clarity finally provided by Wednesday’s Budget after months of speculation, we believe this catalogue presents an excellent opportunity for buyers at all ends of the market to successfully acquire before the year-end.”
