HOUSTON, Oct 28 (Reuters) – Gold Reserve (GRZ.V) has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit to stay all further proceedings of the auction of Citgo Petroleum’s parent until the company’s motion to disqualify the judge, a court officer and two advising firms overseeing the auction is resolved, according to a petition filed on Tuesday.
