Francis Martin, CEO of The Insurance Emporium, said: “These awards reflect trust across the entire customer journey – from highly rated products recognised by Defaqto, to excellent customer satisfaction measured by Feefo, and a claims service judged the best by Moneyfactscompare.co.uk.

“It’s a clear signal that customers trust us not just to buy from, but to rely on when it really counts.”

The Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards, held in London on February 4th, saw the insurer shortlisted for two awards, of which it was victorious in the ‘Best Claims Service’ category.

The awards are in part voted for by customers, reflecting the trust and satisfaction The Insurance Emporium’s customers have in the business.

In 2025, The Insurance Emporium was highly commended in the ‘Pet Insurance Provider of the Year’ category and commended in the ‘Best Claims Service’ category.

Francis continued: “The fact that consumers have voted for us shows that they genuinely value what we do.

“It tells us that we’re getting it right, that our approach works, and that the service we deliver really makes a difference when it matters most.

“Our customers are truly at the heart of everything we do, and this award reflects the trust they place in us.”

James Brooks, Website Manager at Moneyfactscompare.co.uk said: “We’re proud to congratulate the winners and all those who received high commendations.

“We’d also like to thank the over 200,000 consumers who contributed their insights, ensuring these awards remain a genuine reflection of consumer experiences and the services that make a difference.”

In addition, The Insurance Emporium has been awarded nine Defaqto five-star ratings, some of which have been held since 2019. Defaqto’s star ratings, of which five is the highest, are an industry standard that consumers can trust to help them make more informed choices when purchasing financial products.

Lastly, The Insurance Emporium kept its Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2026. The Platinum Trusted Service Award is the highest level of recognition Feefo offers and reflects sustained customer service excellence over multiple consecutive years.
