In a regulatory filing, the company said the fire was reported at around 13:00 hours at its external warehouse located at Plot Nos. 24/9 and partially at 24/10, Hojiwala Industrial Estate in Sachin, Surat. The incident was brought under control at around 15:30 hours.
According to the company, the fire originated at the adjacent premises of another company and subsequently impacted Aether Industries’ external warehouse.
Despite the incident, the company said its research and development facilities, pilot plant, production units and other premises across all sites continue to operate normally.
“All the R&D, pilot plant, production facilities and other premises of the company in all sites are observing normal operations without any disruption,” the company said in the disclosure.
The company also confirmed that no injuries or casualties were reported due to the incident.
Aether Industries said the expected cause of loss or damage, if any, will be assessed and communicated at a later stage.
It added that adequate insurance cover has been availed for such incidents.
The company further clarified that there has been no impact on production or operations due to the fire.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Shares of Aether Industries rose 3.34% to close at ₹1,035.00 on the NSE.
