Germany – Textron Aviation will display a comprehensive lineup of Cessna, Beechcraft, and Pipistrel aircraft across a static display and indoor booth.

  • Textron Aviation holds a significant installed base in the European market, with more than 1,700 turbine aircraft in the region including over 850 Cessna Citation business jets, 450 Beechcraft King Air turboprops, and 175 Cessna Caravan turboprops.
  • The static display (SD-11) at Messe Friedrichshafen will feature the Citation Longitude, Citation Ascend, Citation M2 Gen2 with Garmin Autothrottles, Beechcraft King Air 260, Cessna Grand Caravan EX with a new Saddle Sport executive interior and McCauley propeller, Cessna Turbo Stationair HD, and Pipistrel Virus SW.
  • The indoor booth (A2-130) will display the Cessna Turbo Skylane, Cessna Skyhawk, Pipistrel Velis Electro, and Pipistrel Explorer, alongside aftermarket parts and support teams and McCauley Propeller Systems representatives.
  • The Pipistrel presence within the Textron Aviation lineup is relevant to the pilot training sector. The Pipistrel Virus SW is widely adopted by European flight schools and has been selected by multiple ATOs for ab-initio training. The Pipistrel Velis Electro, the world’s first type-certified electric aircraft, is increasingly used for initial flight training where noise and emissions reduction are operational priorities.
  • Textron Aviation’s European aftermarket infrastructure includes five company-owned service centres, a network of Authorised Service Facilities, mobile service support teams, and a European Parts Distribution Centre (EUDC) with 24/7 Aircraft-On-Ground assistance.
