New figures from the Central Statistics Office show that residential property prices grew by 7.5% in the year to April, slightly below the 7.6% rise seen the previous month. The CSO said that Dublin residential property prices increased by 6.2%, while property prices outside Dublin were 8.6% higher in April compared to the same time last year.
