Manchester-based law firm Harrison Drury has strengthened its commercial property team with the appointment of solicitor Jessica Senior.

Jessica joins from Butcher & Barlow and advises on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and secured lending.

Her appointment supports continued growth within one of the North West’s largest commercial property teams, which now includes more than forty specialists.

Jessica said: “The firm’s reputation for its commercial property work, and also its culture, really stood out to me.

“Throughout my career, I’ve been proud to support people and businesses in achieving their ambitions.

“Joining Harrison Drury’s team in Manchester is another great opportunity to play a role in supporting the city’s continued growth and success.”

The firm has recently expanded its Manchester presence with several senior and junior hires across the region, reflecting rising client demand.

Harrison Drury’s commercial property team was recently ranked top tier in the Legal 500’s ‘Elsewhere in the North West’ category and recognised in the 2026 UK edition of Chambers and Partners.

Hannah Hughes, partner and joint head of the commercial property team, added: “Bringing in the right people has long been the key to our success because it enables us to offer our clients depth and breadth in our expertise.

“We continue to see growing demand for high-quality commercial property advice in Manchester and Jessica’s expertise will be a real asset as we build on this momentum.

“She joins an ambitious team that’s committed to guiding clients through an ever-evolving property landscape.”
