Welch Flooring has taken an 811 sq ft unit on a five-year lease, marking the final letting at the popular Britannia Enterprise Park in Lichfield. The site offers over 86,000 sq ft of quality accommodation across 40 units, which are all now occupied.
Burley Browne was instructed by the landlord to market the units four years ago and has since completed several key deals.
