NG Chartered Surveyors have completed the sale of a light industrial unit in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
The property, Unit 1A at Shipley Court on Manners Industrial Estate, covers 2,853 sq ft and is leased to Barnfind Detailing, a company providing car washes, valeting and paint services.
The deal was arranged by NG surveyor Alicia Lewis for the landlord, Craig Scholter of CBS Couriers.
Lewis said: “Unit 1A, Shipley Court was always going to be popular. It’s located on a well-recognised, popular industrial estate.
“The property is centrally located to various main thoroughfares such as the A6096, A52 and Junctions 26 and 25 of the M1 Motorway, providing access to neighbouring towns. Nottingham is located eight miles away and Derby ten miles away – it couldn’t be more ideally situated.
