Yorkshire law firm Milners has strengthened its commercial property team with a hat-trick of new developments across its offices in Leeds, Harrogate, Pontefract and Darlington.

Andrew Little has joined as head of commercial property, bringing more than 11 years of experience in commercial and agricultural property.

He previously held senior positions at two regional firms and specialises in development land, commercial leases and agricultural tenancies.

Meanwhile, James Webb has been promoted to associate solicitor after five years with the firm, where he completed his training contract and built a growing client base in lease matters, business sales and property refinancing.

Finally, in a first for Milners, Hannah Buck has qualified as a solicitor through the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route, marking a milestone for the firm’s internal development programme.

Simon Bass, managing partner at Milners, said: “As a people-powered law firm, we are thrilled to welcome a commercial property lawyer of Andrew’s calibre, as well as promote and support the home-grown talent of both James and Hannah.

“As we build on and extend the skills and strengths of our commercial property team, Andrew’s wide-ranging experience – especially in meeting the needs of clients in the agricultural and farming sectors – adds a powerful new dimension.”
