Selangor Techsphere Summit 2025 highlights how AI, automation and sustainability are reshaping the industry, with the state at the forefront.

As Malaysia’s most advanced state and a driving force behind the nation’s manufacturing sector, Selangor is gearing up its industries for a new era.

Over the next five years, automation, AI, and sustainability goals will reshape jobs, factories, and supply chains – and that transformation begins here in Selangor.

Taking place on Nov 11 and 12 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, the Selangor Techsphere Summit 2025 invites industry leaders to experience the next wave of Industry 4.0.

World-class line-up

Backed by Deutsche Messe – organiser of the world-renowned Hannover Messe – the collaboration brings international credibility and knowledge-sharing to Malaysia.

This partnership ensures that insights shared in Selangor are aligned with global developments in automation, robotics, and digitalisation — bridging European expertise with Asean’s growing industrial potential.

Hannover Messe’s involvement also reinforces confidence in Malaysia’s capacity to become a regional hub for advanced manufacturing, echoing Selangor’s ambitions to lead in innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness.

Convergence of ideas and innovation

This year’s Selangor Techsphere Summit gathers global and local industry leaders, from Siemens, Festo, and KNX to fast-rising regional innovators and Malaysian SMEs.

Attendees will gain practical insights into how AI, robotics, and digital systems are boosting productivity and sustainability in manufacturing.

The programme features experts from industry, academia, and government, ensuring discussions go beyond theory and focus on practical implementation.

From design engineers to logistics specialists, the sessions are designed to spark real transformation on the factory floor.

A major highlight is the keynote address by Henrik von Scheel, known as the Father of Industry 4.0.

His session, “Megatrends That Shape the Next Decade of Manufacturing,” will explore how businesses can thrive amid rapid technological change — and how strategic foresight, agility, and sustainability must go hand-in-hand.

Empowering Malaysia’s manufacturing ecosystem

For business owners, executives, and young professionals, the summit offers three major takeaways:

> Direct exposure to emerging automation and AI-driven technologies.

> Networking opportunities with policymakers, investors, and technology leaders from across Asean.

> Actionable insights on how clean tech, IoT, and digital innovation will redefine competitiveness and growth.

The agenda is tailored for Malaysia’s SMEs, manufacturers, and industry leaders, equipping them to stay competitive on both regional and global stages.

Selangor’s path forward

For the Selangor State Government, the Selangor Techsphere Summit 2025 represents more than a conference — it’s a commitment to strengthening Selangor’s role as the heart of Malaysia’s advanced manufacturing and digital innovation.

The summit supports the state’s mission to build a future-ready workforce, attract high- value investments, and reinforce Malaysia’s standing as a regional industrial powerhouse.

“The Selangor Techsphere Summit embodies the spirit of innovation and resilience we aspire to. Together, we can shape the technological future of this state, in line with our ambition for an inclusive and sustainable developed state,” said Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.

Seats are limited, and delegate passes are currently offered at a 50% discount.
