NACL Industries Q2 profit slumps 83% despite higher revenue, margins

Net profit fell 82.7% year-on-year to ₹3 crore, compared with ₹15 crore in the same period last year. Revenue, however, rose 4% to ₹457 crore from ₹440.3 crore a year ago.

NACL Industries Ltd. reported a sharp decline in profit for the September quarter (Q2FY26), even as revenue and operating performance showed modest improvement.

Net profit fell 82.7% year-on-year to ₹3 crore, compared with ₹15 crore in the same period last year. Revenue, however, rose 4% to ₹457 crore from ₹440.3 crore a year ago.


Operating profit (EBITDA) grew 10.4% year-on-year to ₹44.7 crore, while margins improved slightly to 9.8% from 9.2% in the year-ago period.

Following the earnings announcement, shares of NACL Industries Ltd. settled 3.51% higher on Friday at ₹209.
