Objective
To achieve long-term capital growth from a portfolio of UK medium and smaller companies by invests in medium and smaller companies which are listed mainly on the London Stock Exchange and to provide long-term dividend growth at least in line with inflation.
Fund Managers are required to regularly assess whether the fund they manage delivers value to investors. When
completing their assessment, they will consider investment performance, service offered, costs and charges, and
competitor funds.
The Assessment of Value for funds is subject to the Financial Conduct Authority’s Collective Investment Scheme
(COLL) rules or a Price and Value Assessment (PRIN) for other funds not subject to COLL rules.
The Value Assessment helps an investor understand how a Fund Manager has considered how their fund has delivered
value for money or is expected to deliver value for money.
The Fund Manager will explain the actions they are taking if their fund has not delivered value for money or it is
not expected to deliver value for money.
