Raeburns welcomes Amy Young to commercial property team

Raeburns welcomes Amy Young to commercial property team

Law firm Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace has appointed Amy Young to its commercial property team.

Amy brings a broad range of experience in the commercial property sector, including advising on the sale, purchase and leasing of petrol filling stations, acting for well-known supermarket and retail and leisure operators, and supporting international clients on investment acquisitions.

She also recently spent time working in the banking sector, where she focused on acquisition finance, refinancing and general corporate lending, with transactions spanning both local and cross-border matters.



Heather Stephen, managing partner at Raeburns, said: “We are delighted to welcome Amy to the team. Her experience across commercial property and banking enhances our offering and will bring real value to our clients, particularly as our commercial development work continues to expand.”

Amy added: “I’m delighted to be joining the commercial property team at Raeburns. The firm has a strong reputation for its work in commercial property, and I’m looking forward to contributing to that and developing my work across both residential and commercial development.”
