Brighton-born fighter Louie Doherty is targeting glory at Bangkok’s legendary Rajadamnern Stadium, where a win in his upcoming bout could bring him closer to title contention.
Mr Doherty said: “These are the moments I live for.
“This is where I make a statement and prove I belong at the next level.”
The 22-year-old fighter, based in Thailand, is currently riding a 15-fight winning streak.
He is set to face former European champion and ONE Championship competitor Hakim Bah this Saturday in the Rajadamnern World Series.
Twelve of Mr Doherty’s victories have come by knockout.
Known as “The Don,” he has been gaining attention for his aggressive fighting style and finishing ability.
A win this weekend would strengthen his claim to the Rajadamnern title.
