After releasing their latest effort to repeal Obamacare, known as the Graham-Cassidy bill, less than two weeks ago, Senate Republicans spent Monday pushing yet another version of that legislation, known as Graham-Cassidy 2.0.
Lawmakers debated the latest plan Monday afternoon on the Senate floor, but on Monday night, Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) announced she could not support the bill, leaving the party short on votes to push legislation through.
