Changi Incursion Highlights Communications Breakdown

WASHINGTON—A runway incursion involving a landing Boeing 737 and a Boeing 787 being towed at Singapore’s Changi Airport in May has exposed coordination issues between ST Aerospace, a Singapore-based maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider; the airport; and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
