MUSKEGON, MI – Citizens are invited to a Democrat-sponsored “health care town hall” Saturday where several legislators will be in attendance.
The town hall hosted by the Muskegon County Democratic Party will begin at 10 a.m. Sept. 30 in the Blue & Gold Room at Muskegon Community College, 221 S. Quarterline Road.
Promotion for the event states that “citizens can get their questions answered about the endless Republican attempts to gut the health care system and what state legislators can do to lower the costs of health care and prescription drugs.”
In attendance will be Democratic state representatives, including Terry Sabo of Muskegon, Jon Hoadley of Kalamazoo and David LaGrand of Grand Rapids. Dr. Rob Davidson, a candidate for Congress, will lead the discussion.
